On the afternoon of January 11^th, the Deputy Head of Xindu District, Mr. Qin Tian, the Director of the Commercial Bureau, Mr. Yan Jialin, and their group visited the ZPEC Chengdu base. ZPEC Chairman Li Chundi was there to hold in-depth discussions with them on several projects, such as investment in R & D Headquarters and at the Southwest International Trading Center.  The two sides successfully reached a preliminary agreement for intentions to cooperate with each other.
