At 4:20 pm on May 14th Iraq local time, the second directional well, EB-100, of the East Baghdad Project was completed smoothly after unremitting efforts.  Drilled to a depth of 1,675 meters in the 17-1/2 section, the speed of this directional well was 50% faster than the first well. This greatly improved drilling efficiency assisted Party A MDOC to improve its directional well management standard and also assisted the partner IDC Drilling Team to cultivate the backbone of its drilling operations.  Party A MDOC sent a letter of commendation and highly praised the professionalism, dedication, and team spirit of the Zhongman technical services team.
