At 11:00 am on April 3^rd Iraq local time, the Majnoon Oilfield MJ-70 Well was successfully finished, creating the shortest well construction cycle record in this oilfield above the Mishrif formation depth. The unremitting efforts of the ZPEC Rig 28 Drilling Team were praised by Party A, Shell, and Halliburton.  Their congratulations were expressed via a letter to all staff.
